Ms. Elliott proud to be an affiliate of the Hocking County Health Department, and to champion the initiatives of the renowned public health service provider, which is known for its outdoor scenic cave with a beautiful natural rain forest, and breathtaking foliage that can be seen in the fall. She is currently responsible for coordinating nursing programs, communicating with the health department, and handling response and emergency medical service agencies and hospitals for ten counties in Ohio. She also facilitates pandemic planning.
Ms. Elliott became involved in her profession after retiring from the U.S. Navy, as she wanted to work in the health care field to help people who need resources and make a difference in their lives. Upon reflecting on an illustrious career, Ms. Elliott attributes her success to her fortune, determination, desire to help others, and to her passion for her profession.
