Ms. Otts’ rise to director of nursing at Carrington Nursing and Rehabilitation Center came as a result of her hard work, determination and expertise in geriatric care. She deftly juggles a multitude of jobs, including staffing scheduling, and facilitating and maintaining cooperative work relationships. After only three years in the position, she has found the best practices for balancing the care in the center and meeting the expectations that she places on her staff. 

Ms. Otts is a graduate of The University of Mississippi, holding a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in nursing. Active within her professional community, she is a member of the Mississippi Nurses’ Association and The American Nurses Association, Inc.
