For more than 26 years, Lidia Dolan has fulfilled her lifelong dream of caring for other people. As a registered nurse for Princeton University Medical Center, she is responsible for diagnosing patients in the acute rehabilitation unit and discussing treatment plans with therapists, doctors, and social workers. To carry out the individualized care plans, she administers medication, takes vitals, and documents patient reports. As a predicate to her experience, Ms. Dolan earned an associate degree in nursing from Harper College in 1984 and a bachelor’s equivalent degree in chemistry. Determined and guided by the hand of God, she is committed to providing excellent care and educating the emerging nurses that will one day succeed her.
