To keep abreast of changes in her field, she is affiliated with the New York State Nurses Association, ANEC, Columbia, and American Nurses Association. Ms. Ospina believes her professional success is a direct result of her perfectionism, willingness to learn, and ability to keep doing things over and over. In the near future, she would like to attain an administrative position in a hospital and work in the computer area. She would also like to work in the pediatric unit.
