Drawing upon 39 years in health care, Ms. Phillips lends her expertise in geriatrics, rehabilitation and infection control to Royal Health Development. As a consultant, she monitors contracts, writes policies and procedures, and oversees geriatric care and rehabilitation services. Prior to her current position, she acted as the director of nursing for 18 years.

Ms. Phillips graduated from Mount Marty College with a bachelor’s degree in nursing in 1976. Active within her professional community, she is a member of the National Association of Directors of Nursing Administration and the National Association for Health Care Recruitment.

She has achieved great success throughout her career, and attributes that success to her education and mentors. Named Supervisor of the Year by the Nebraska Department of Public Institutions, she advises others to “be certain about want you want to do with your life, persevere and keep learning.”
