Inspired by her great aunts, Ms. Ferguson Kinser always dreamed of becoming a nurse. She saw her dream fulfilled 26 years ago when she entered the health care industry. Throughout her illustrious career, Ms. Ferguson Kinser has worked as a cardiovascular clinical nurse, interventional radiology nurse and clinical auditor. She is certified in auditing and coding through the American Association of Certified Coders and Auditors, and spends her days handling third-party billing audits and patient complaints, and reporting to the director of corporate compliance and hospital president.

Ms. Ferguson Kinser takes great pride in her work. She enjoys knowing she is making a difference in the lives of others and helping patients and families with their medical care to see them through the crisis. She believes she has been able to excel in her field because of her hard work and determination.
